Owner, Designer
Sara is the owner and lead designer of Petal Head Flower Truck. When shes not behind the truck wrapping bouquets, she's a middle school English teacher talking about books and convincing kids that commas matter. Her favorite things in life are gardening, spending time on the beach, and being a wife to Quin and a mama to their beautiful daughter, Penny, who keeps their world adventurous and so very full. Sara's favorite flower is Rudbeckia (Black-Eyed Susan) because It's bright, a little wild, and extremely heat tolerant. Something Sara enjoys most about Petal Head is that every single bouquet picked is unique and beautiful in its own way. It is truly impossible to "mess up" because every flower brings its own beauty to the mix. Somehow, no matter what ends up in your hands, it always turns into something lovely. She adores the art of mixing colors and textures and truly believes that flowers are just another way of telling a happy little story. 🌼
Angela Greenwood
Partner, Designer
Angela is the energetic co-founder of Petal Head, where she meticulously preps and nurtures all blooms on the weekends, ensuring peak freshness. Her favorite part of the job is the human connection: designing arrangements, offering personalized advice, and guiding fellow enthusiasts in the language of flowers. On weekdays, Angela is a dedicated middle school English teacher—a commitment reflecting her nurturing nature. Beyond her work, she is a proud and devoted mother to two wonderful grown children. Her dedication, creativity, and warm spirit are the heart of Petal Head. When Petal Head was still just an idea, Angela graciously agreed to step in and help Sara with EVERYTHING. Aside from being an integral part of the flower prepping process, Angela also is committed to making sure the truck gets from point A to point B. If you see us on the road, she is most likely behind the wheel.
Bethany Rau
Creative Lead, Designer
Bethany Rau is the creative force behind our graphics and visual branding, serving as our Creative Lead with a keen eye for detail and design. She brings ideas to life through beautiful, thoughtful visuals that help tell our story and connect with our customers. In addition to leading our graphics, Bethany also helps with deliveries from time to time, bringing the same care and dedication directly to our clients. Her creativity, versatility, and positive energy make her an invaluable part of our team. When she is not helping with the truck, shes a full time mom to Shep and baby Hazel, and a wife to her husband Parker.
She enjoys crafting of all types and she also owns a successful photography business. Her favorite flower is the Hydrangea. Bethany is truly a jack of all trades and we are thankful she has been with Petal Head since the very beginning.
Quinton Buyck
Truck Operations
Quinton Buyck is the driving force behind our truck operations, keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes and on the road. From setup to logistics, he ensures our flower truck is always ready to roll and serve the community. Quinton’s favorite flower is the poppy, a true reflection of his dependable spirit. In his free time, he enjoys building projects, spending quality time with his wife (the owner, Sara) and their daughter Penny. The truck would not be here if it wasn't for his commitment to problem solving all of the things that come his way (and trust us, it's a lot.) We are so thankful for him and for the blood, sweat, and tears he has put into building the truck from the ground up.
